Hi, I’m Higor
Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer
I design enterprise AWS platforms, private networking architectures, production EKS environments, and delivery systems for regulated SaaS and distributed engineering teams.

Enterprise AWS Platforms
Multi-account foundations, cross-account IAM/STS, private DNS, guardrails, and regulated SaaS infrastructure.
Advanced Cloud Networking
PrivateLink, VPC Endpoint Services, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route53 PHZ, hybrid connectivity, and private EKS access.
Production Kubernetes & Reliability
EKS operations, Istio service mesh, GitLab runners on Kubernetes, observability, incident response, and MTTR reduction.
I like infrastructure that is boring in production and clear in code. The best platform work gives teams strong defaults without hiding the architecture — a good Terraform module, DNS pattern, or deployment workflow should reduce cognitive load while keeping the important boundaries visible.
Away from the terminal: fishing, hiking, and camping. The same mindset applies in both places — read the environment, prepare well, respect constraints, and stay calm when conditions change.

Enterprise AWS Platform & Networking Architecture
Standardized multi-account AWS foundations across environment boundaries.
Private Kubernetes platform operations with service mesh, runners inside the cluster, and safe delivery workflows.
Production EKS Platform with GitLab CI/CD and Istio
Improved developer delivery speed while keeping production access private.
